The latest report from Dr Alex Zerbini and Dr Phil Clapham of NOAA. Our girl is definitely pointed Iceland-wards now. This was yesterday, and she's due to report in again tomorrow if all remains well.
"Still haven't had a truly appropriate name for her... but thanks for all the suggestions, including those in bad Icelandic. Dr Steve Katona helpfully suggested "Fugawi"* which, since this project is named after him (KAribbean Tagging Of North Atlantic whales) is, I suppose, his perverse right! Phil
