Our whale has now crossed the Laurentian Channel and appears to be heading for the Grand Bank of Newfoundland.


This work was carried out by the National Marine Mammal Laboratory (Seattle, WA USA - Amy Kennedy, PI) and Atemar SA under a permit from the Ministry of Environment of the Dominican Republic. Support also came from Jean Lemire (Glacialis Productions, Canada) and Gene Flipse (Conscious Breath Adventures, USA).
