We found (saba19) whales today. First whale fluke ID (3T TU) above. This has been matched by Roger Etcheberry in St Pierre et Miquelon as their spm0861 photographed by Joël Detcheverry and Roger, 7 miles WSW of Saint-Pierre on August 28, 2013.

Third fluke today (DC). This whale was accompanied by a whale that didn't fluke but had a very distinctive dorsal fin.

As usual, the winter whales were difficult to find but all were in couples.
